Use this page to check the latest status recorded for a case submitted to Cairnfort. Enter the reference exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. The tracker displays the information currently available in our case system; sign in to the account linked to your case to view private details and team notes.
Case tracking is designed to help you understand where your enquiry sits in the review process. Statuses and update times reflect the information recorded by the team, and a status change does not by itself guarantee a particular outcome or recovery timeframe.
Enter the unique reference assigned to your enquiry. You can usually find it in the email sent after your case was submitted. The reference is used to locate the matching record, so check each letter, number, and hyphen before continuing.
Please enter the reference only—do not include passwords, bank details, wallet recovery phrases, or other sensitive information in this field.Already have an account? Sign in to access private case details when your case is linked to that account. Log in to your account →
Use the reference search to find the case record, then review the status and dates shown. The tracker is a convenient summary of recorded information; it is not a substitute for direct communication where a decision or next step needs clarification.
Submitted means the case has been recorded. Under Review indicates an initial review stage. Investigating and Legal Action indicate later workflow stages when recorded. Recovered or Closed are final status labels in the system; contact the team if you need clarification on what that means for your specific case.
Some stages involve document checks, waiting for information, or coordination with other parties. The page only changes when the case record is updated. If you need an explanation of the current stage, contact the team and include your reference number.
Public tracking is intentionally limited. Signing in does not automatically grant access to every case: private details are shown only when the case is linked to the signed-in account. Never share your password, one-time codes, private keys, or wallet recovery phrase.
Check that the reference matches your confirmation email, including letters and numbers. If the reference still cannot be found, use the official contact page for assistance rather than submitting sensitive information into the tracking field.
Contact the team if you cannot locate your reference, need clarification about a recorded status, or would like to submit a new enquiry. Please use official contact channels and avoid sending passwords or recovery phrases.
