1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the TracePointVault website and any services we expressly agree to provide. By using the website or accepting a written service proposal, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

“TracePointVault”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Global Bullion & Vault Ltd, at 18,19,20 Elwick Road Ashford Kent TN23 1EFT UNITED KINGDOM. 11403814

2. Our Services

Depending on the written scope agreed for a specific matter, services may include preliminary review of client-provided information, open-source research, analysis of publicly available blockchain transactions, preparation of findings, and guidance on reporting suspected fraud to financial institutions, platforms or competent authorities.

Confirm the actual services offered and delete anything that does not apply. Unless separately authorised and legally permitted, TracePointVault is not a bank, payment institution, exchange, law firm, law-enforcement body, regulator, insurer or government agency. We cannot compel a third party to freeze or return funds, reverse a blockchain transaction, or guarantee that a report will result in action. Each engagement should specify scope, deliverables, fees, exclusions and milestones.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for any person or organisation you represent. We may request proportionate identity or other verification information where reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention or legal compliance, and may decline or pause work where information cannot be verified or the service could breach applicable law.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide truthful and complete information, share only documents you are legally entitled to share, preserve relevant records, correct inaccuracies promptly, and refrain from requesting unlawful access, impersonation, harassment or other unlawful activity. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Never send us passwords, seed phrases, private keys or one-time authentication codes. A review of publicly visible blockchain transactions should not require your wallet recovery phrase or private key.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees, payment milestones, taxes, third-party costs and any success-based fee must be stated clearly in a written proposal or engagement agreement before work begins. Insert the real details: Only CRYPTO PAYMENT.

Pay only to an account identified in an invoice or signed agreement in the service provider’s legal name or an identified authorised processor. Do not pay an individual’s personal wallet, gift-card account or unrelated recipient. Independently verify unexpected changes to payment instructions.

7. No Guarantee of Recovery

Asset tracing and fraud investigations involve uncertainty, incomplete information, pseudonymous transactions, overseas entities and decisions made by third parties. Any report reflects information available when prepared and may not conclusively identify a person or establish that assets can be recovered.

We do not guarantee recovery of funds, reimbursement by a bank or exchange, or action by a law-enforcement agency, regulator, court or other third party. Be cautious of anyone promising guaranteed recovery or demanding extra payment to “unlock” funds without a verifiable legal basis.

9. Confidentiality and Data

Personal information will be handled under our privacy notice and applicable data-protection law. The privacy notice should explain information collected, purposes, lawful bases where required, retention, sharing, international transfers and individual rights. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Share only information reasonably necessary for the service.
